Simply Plus is the paid subscription service of Apparyllis ("subscription"). The subscription unlocks additional features in the app ("benefits"), which are listed on the payment portal located at https://plus.apparyllis.com ("portal").
To subscribe to the subscription you need to login to the portal with your account credentials and sign up for the subscription. Upon doing so you enter into this paid terms of service agreement and agree to the terms listed under the paid terms of service.
Enter into agreement
When subscribing to our subscription(s) you agree that you have the right to enter into this agreement and that you are at least legally 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age you need your parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases and subscribe to Simply Plus.
Benefits
The benefits provided by the subscription are subject to change, removal or additions. At any time can benefits be altered, new benefits be added or benefits be removed. Prior to the removal of a benefit we will notify you of the removal including the effective date that the removal will take place.
Change in price
From time to time we may change the price of the subscriptions. Prior to the change of the price(s) for your subscription we will notify you at least 30(thirty) days in advance through the email associated with your account. You will have 30(thirty) days after we notified you to cancel your subscription before the new price(s) go into effect. If you do not cancel during this 30(thirty) day period, you automatically agree to the new price(s) and authorize us to charge you the new price(s) going forward.
Changing your plan
You are entitled to, at any time, change the selected subscription plan. You can do so on the subscription portal. When changing your plan you will retain all your benefits and we will charge you the newly selected subscription plan price at the end of your current billing cylce.
Benefits in each subscription plan
We offer three different subscription plans, the "affordable" plan, the "regular" plan and the "pay it forward" plan. Each of those plans have their own monthly price, however all plans offer you with the same benefits. Other users will not be able to see which plan you have selected.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the portal and doing so will cancel your benefits at the end of your billing cycle. A billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and ends on the same day the next month. Unless cancelled prior the end of the billing cycle, your subscription will renew and you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the amount of the subscription and any applicable taxes of the subscription for the next billing cycle.
We may cancel your subscription in the event of a breach of our terms of services. Should your account be disabled due to a breach of terms, we will cancel your subscription.
In the event you delete your account while a subscription is active, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
In the event the renewal of your subscription should fail (for example, if your payment method expired or has insufficient funds) we will cancel your subscription and your benefits associated with your subscription will be removed from your account.
Payment
Unless stated otherwise, all amounts payable are in Euros (€).
We use a third-party payment providers (Stripe, Link, Lemonsqueezy). By subscribing to our subscription(s) you agree to the transmission of personal data between us and our payment providers. This data includes;
- Your name
- Your address
- Your payment method information
- Your email address(es) associated with the payments
- The amount of your purchases as well as the applicable taxes
By subscribing to our subscriptions you agree that you are:
- Authorized to use the payment method provided by you during the payment process
- You will pay for the fees by the date of which the invoice is due
- Your payment method information is accurate and true
Upon subscribing you also agree that we have permission to retain information regarding your payment(s) and to use the contact information submitted by you to notify you of any notices, changes, renewals and charges, even after your account has been deleted.
Refunds
When you subscribe you are granted the right to refund your first billing cycle within 7(seven) days after your first billing cycle started. Subsequent, renewed, billing cycles can be refunded within 7(seven) days after the last billing cycle started. Refunds will be prorated to the amount of time remaining in your billing cycle. Upon refund your benefits will immediately be removed from your account.
You can request a refund by emailing us on [email protected], for this please email us from the email that is associated with your account and share any relevant information such as your username, subscription order id, invoice id.
Access to benefits
As long as your subscription is active you have the right to access the benefits granted by your subscription in the production application. We may add new benefits which will be released in newer production versions of the application. You agree that failure to update your application to the latest available production version may limit your access to certain benefits and you subsequently lose your right to invoke your rights to access your benefits.
Pretesting: A release channel of our apps which are released through release-channel specific manners and are not available unless opted-in. Pretesting versions of the app are beta versions which may contain experimental features.
Prior to the release of new versions for our apps we may release pretesting versions of our app which may contain new and experimental subscription-only features. Pretesting versions of the app are labelled as pretesting and only available through our pretesting release channels. Features in these pretesting versions are experimental and may be removed or modified at our discretion. Features not available in the production release in the app, but are available in the pretesting version of the app should not be used to decide whether to purchase a subscription to Simply Plus.
Termination of subscriptions
We may decide to terminate and cancel all subscriptions in response to our decision to stop offering subscriptions, as well as to comply with legal requirements. In that event we will automatically cancel your subscription and refund you the prorated portion of your current billing cycle equal to the remaining unused time of your billing cycle.
